MITSIS HOTELS Group, the largest privately owned hotel chain in Greece, signs a new 10-year Property Management Agreement for the 4* seaside hotel ‘Bali Paradise’ in Bali, Rethymno, Crete. The hotel is expected to be completely renovated and repositioned as a 5* hotel by 2027. This agreement is the third consecutive property management agreement that the Group has conducted within the past six months, following its two expansion agreements in Halkidiki.

Mitsis Hotels Group will contribute to the pre-planning phase of the project, by defining and deploying the new hotel’s brand concept, business planning and performance management as well as all technical, design and construction specifications.
Moreover, the Group will fully utilise the entire range of its innovative Hotel Operations Management services and digital infrastructures, such as its customised booking platform, growing database and strong Loyalty programme, aiming at the optimal operation of the new hotel resort, according to the highest international standards.
“Our Group aspires to offer integrated services to the tourism market while implementing a series of sustainable strategic investments, which consolidate and strengthen our brand even more in the next day of Greek hospitality”, states Stavros Mitsis, Managing Director of Mitsis Hotels Group.
